Notes Content: Text, images, checklists, voice memos, and attachments you create/store. This stays local on your device unless you enable cloud sync.
Device Data: IP address, device ID, OS version, and usage stats (e.g., note count, app opens) for crash reporting and performance.
Sync Data (if enabled): Encrypted notes synced to our secure cloud for cross-device access.
No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect names, emails, locations, contacts, or financial info by default.
How We Use Your Information
Your data powers Note Nest’s features:
Organize, search, and secure your notes locally or via sync.
Improve app stability through anonymized analytics.
Enable biometrics/PIN for auto-lock.
Data is never sold or used for ads. Offline mode ensures notes work without internet.

No Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties.
Service Providers: Limited use of Google Firebase for crash reports and sync (anonymized/aggregated). They follow strict GDPR/CCPA standards.

Access/Delete: Manage notes in-app; delete anytime via settings.
Opt-Out: Disable sync/analytics in settings. Uninstall to clear local data.

Children’s Privacy: Not for users under 13; no COPPA data collection.
Data Retention
Local notes persist until deleted. Synced data retained as long as your account is active; deleted within 30 days of request or inactivity.
